Our loan amounts go from $25,000.00 to $10,000,000.00, and each loan is handled on a case-by-case basis with rates ranging from 10%-16%, with payments made to suit the borrower, either amortized or interest only. All loans generated by Eastern Mortgage Company come with NO PREPAYMENT PENALTY, thus should the borrower desire to payoff all or part of the loan before the maturity date, this can be done without being subject to any monetary penalties.<!--description2_e-->
